1. Data controller
Kevin Beyer, Beaver Fever Games, Rübland 12, 22965 Todendorf, Germany. Email: k.beyer@beaverfevergames.online, phone: +49 4534 7276503.
2. Providing this website
This website is self-hosted by the controller. When you request a page, technical data including your IP address, requested files and connection information sent by your browser is processed to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of this website.
No access logs are created. Technically required connection data is processed only to handle the respective request and is not stored in access logs. No external hosting, CDN or analytics services are integrated.
3. Local privacy preferences
This website uses no analytics or marketing services, external font services or embedded third-party media. Images, typography and JavaScript are provided locally with the website.
When you save a choice in our consent manager, your browser’s Local Storage stores your choice, a version number, the time of your decision and an expiry date under the key bfg-consent-v1. The choice is valid for 180 days. Expired or invalid entries are discarded on your next visit. Your choice is not transmitted to us or third parties.
This storage is used only to respect the privacy preference you have explicitly chosen (Section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG; where personal data is involved, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). “Accept all” currently enables no additional services. You can reset your choice at any time through the settings link in the footer. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies only to the current page visit.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, or otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Information is deleted once the enquiry has been resolved, unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons require further storage. Clicking an email link opens your own email app; this website has no contact form.
5. External links
Our website links to external services, including Steam and the Guilds of Mountgate website. You leave this website only when you follow such a link. Data processing on the destination website is governed by that provider’s privacy information.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Any consent you have given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority for Schleswig-Holstein is the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD).
7. No automated decisions
This website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
